President Donald Trump late last night sent out a tweet stating that he will sign an executive order temporarily suspending immigration into the United States due to the COVID 19 panic. Other than this tweet, there was no additional information as to what mechanism he would use to achieve this objective; how long this suspension would last; and who it would effect.
We realize that this information is not enough as many people have questions as to how this proposed order would effect their case. Unfortunately, until we receive more information and direction, we just don’t know at this time.
